When I edit my user account and try to edit my photo, I can delete it, but when I upload a new photo, my old one just pops back up in place of the new photo. Here is the photo that won't go away: https://groups.drupal.org/files/pictures/picture-7062.jpg

mennonot CreditAttribution: mennonot commentedNow the photo has inexplicably changed to a surfing dog: https://groups.drupal.org/user/7062

sreynen CreditAttribution: sreynen commentedSorry, that's the photo I used for testing, to rule out the possibility that the problem was specific to the photo you were uploading. I just uploaded your photo, but that isn't showing yet, and I'm guessing it won't for another week or so. This seems to be some sort of cache bug. I'll try to get it fixed before the cache clears.

jhodgdonI am having the same problem. I have uploaded a picture about 5 times but it keeps showing the same picture.
I just wanted my g.d.o picture to match the one I have here on d.o.

naveenvalechaUpdated title.
I wanted my g.d.o picture same as on the d.o.

wylbur CreditAttribution: wylbur commentedI can also confirm that this is an issue with the current 6.35 version of groups.drupal.org.
Step to reproduce the issue:

You can change the name, mail, and password at https://www.drupal.org/.
The changes have been saved.
I'm happy to test and contribute to any updates to this issue.

mcdruidYup, still seems to be happening.

greggles@mcdruid, when I load https://groups.drupal.org/files/pictures/picture-189583.jpg right now I see the old avatar you had on g.d.o. but when I load https://groups.drupal.org/files/pictures/picture-189583.jpg?qwer I see the same avatar as on d.o which I guess is the new one. So I think at this point it's a cache issue. I'm not sure if that was always the case for the comments #6 and below.
mcdruidThanks @greggles you're right. Looks like the picture has updated but the cached version has a TTL of 1 day or so.
I'll close this issue on that basis, and should have a nice new profile pic by Monday morning :)

RowboTony CreditAttribution: RowboTony as a volunteer commentedThis still seems to be a problem. I tried to change my photo yesterday, and it didn't change when I uploaded the new photo. I deleted the photo completely and left it as the default Drupal no-photo icon, and left it for a day. I came back today, and uploaded a NEW photo, and still my OLD photo popped back in the profile, I can't upload a new photo. So, it still seems this is an issue.
