Exposes a "Group from domain" context to be used with blocks, the Group Sites module or anything else that supports Drupal core contexts.
Configuration is simple: Grant someone the 'set domain group' permission and visit a domain record form. You will then be able to assign a group (that you are allowed to edit) to said domain record.
