Summary

Mainly bugfixes and UI cleanups with a few special changes:

• Group node's node access implementation now returns a neutral access result instead of forbidden. For most websites nothing will change. This is merely to make Group play nice with other node access modules.
• A new node access realm was introduced: gnode_anonymous. This is to boost node access performance for anonymous visitors.

If it wasn't clear from the above list: Rebuild your node access. This release ships with an update hook that will prompt you to rebuild node access.
