Problem/Motivation

I have created a group and reached to members adding page. The displaying breadcrumb is below.
Home > 1 >> Content >> Add >> Group membership

Proposed resolution

Id should be replaced with the group name.
Home > [Group name] >> Content >> Add >> Group membership

Remaining tasks

Alter the breadcrumb item.

What version are you using, because in latest version and dev version this is working as your described solution.
Please provide steps and your module version to reproduce the problem...

@syammohan_zyxware Can you give me steps to reproduce this problem, because I cannot reproduce this.
It's working as expected
