In order for testbot to work, the dev release, 7.x-1.x-dev http://drupal.org/node/516408, needs to be based on a properly named development branch. The process to do that is documented at http://drupal.org/node/1127732

This project has no tests. They were moved to Grammar Parser UI. Can you turn off testing on this project and enable it on the latter?

You probably don't want testing on Grammar Parser UI yet, since it's dependent on Grammar Parser, and the testbots do not yet know how to download contrib dependencies.
