There is a "govdelivery_account_map" variable that is accessed when sending an email message, but it isnt set in the module code anywhere. What should the full structure be, if defined in settings.php?

It's then also possible to override the "from" address in the admin config. Would it be a potential improvement to move all the configuration of these values to admin config settings? What if one of the account configurations could be defined as the default?
