Can't remove Twitter Feed block without providing a username

When attempting to remove the "Twitter Feed" block, and place it in -None-, I am told I must provide a Username, as that is a required field.

Obviously I can't, as I don't have one, hence removing the Feed.

- Workaround is to just enter any spam text into the field.
