Goole OAuth integration for Google Groups for Business

Since 2.0-beta2:

Fixed #499030 by ryan_courtnage: Name theme name and template name the same.
Fixed group name substitution in message after deletion.
Test and fix registration request email.

First beta release of the Google Groups module 2.0. Should be ready for most but I want to get some others testing before I release as fully stable.
