Hello,

I recently installed the Google Analytics Report module (version 6.x-1.3) on a Drupal 6 website. The installation worked great, and I was able to enable the module after installing the other prerequisite modules (Chart, OAuth, etc.). I tried to open the Google Analytics Summary report, and, as expected, I was asked to authorize the account. I did not have the Google Analytics account information at the time, so I waited until yesterday to authorize the account when I received the account information.

I am now receiving an error when I click on the Google Analytics Summary report. The error says:

Code: 403 - Error: Forbidden - Message: GData insufficientPermissionsUser does not have any Google Analytics account.

Can someone please provide information on how to authorize the Google Analytics account since the link to authorize is no longer appearing?

Thank you!
Katey

On the settings page, there's a button labeled "Revoke access and logout". After you revoke access you'll be able to repeat the authorization process. If you still have trouble make sure you're signed in to only one Google account, and that it's the same account with permission to view http://google.com/analytics/ The Google multiple sign-in feature is sometimes wonky, especially with Analytics.
