In some cases, $start_date and $end_date variables in GAFeed::query_report_field() is undefined. I attach the patch, which fixes it.

Any chance I could get you to document the steps to reproduce? Right now, the start/end_date parameters expect an integer. Is there a case where this isn't working well? Your insights are very appreciated.

On 7.x-3.x only.
