Is there a way to create a view that displays total pageviews per author for the past 30 days?

You can show pageviews for author, but now sure how to limit to the last 30 days.
This is how I have done it.
Using display suite create a custom token field. If not using DS use a module such as block fields.
In the field add this token [gac|/user/author-name]

This will print the total profile views for that author.

Thanks for your comment. I think I didn't explain well enough.

I'm looking for a way to display a total pageview count for all nodes created by each author for the last 30 days.
So, All Author X's content for the last 30 days received x total pageviews.

The module can not do that yet. Esod is working on adding support for views. Once that is done here is how you can do it.

Setup a view that shows content.
By logged in user or if you want add a contextual filter. User. 2nd value from URL.
Add field path to content and hide it.
Then add the field for GAC or custom text field and in that add [gac|[token-path-to-content]

Because of the Universal Analytics shutdown, version 7.x-3.x is no longer supported.
As Drupal 7 EOL is close, please consider upgrading to the latest Drupal and latest version of this module with Google Analytics 4 support.
If you are still here and experiencing problems with the latest version using GA4, then please open an issue about it.
