The upcoming Resource Hints specification can be used to speedup the loading of the GA script when the script is not locally cached. The specifications are not fully supported, see: http://caniuse.com/#search=preload%7Cprefetch

I'll attach a patch that adds an extra configuration item: "Use resource hints to improve performance".

The patch is missing tests.

Can you share Google documentation that this is needed? I'm not aware of any and I think it is not needed and is not noted in the integration reference.
