Entity reference with taxonomy term is not working with any widget except default widget

Thanks for the great module!
I am stuck in a certain scenario. I have a taxonomy term called Service. I have a content type called Expert where I refer the taxonomy term with entityreference and the field name is field_service.
When I am create a Global filter of Service(field_service) and I select the widget as multiple select or check-boxes then the options are not generated, but when I choose the default option then it is working fine.
Please help me out.
