Problem/Motivation

Thanks for a great theme.
I updated to 8.x-3.0-alpha29 tonight and found that sliders weren't working anymore.
For instance: go to Administration > Structure > Block layout > Configure block
The slider next to 'Display title' does not respond (can't turn it off when it's on and vice versa)

When I rolled back to 8.x-3.0-alpha28 the problem went away.

Sorry for this regression. This somehow happened because of #3182576: Block 'display title' slider (and other sliders) affected by new update. I've rolled this back and pushed a new alpha out.
