All Gigya comments are available in the DB

In my Drupal 7 website, I have integrated the Gigya module for the comments section. I see few comments in the Gigya end (In the UI) but those comments are not available in the Database.

Example:

If a node has 3 comments, 2 comments are available in the DB and not the other one.
