I'm using the GeoLiteCity.dat database. When the city name contains non-english characters they get scrambled.
For example the city Västerås get's loaded as V�ster�s
I've tried changing the character encoding on the .inc files to ISO-8859-1 but I can't get those characters to display correctly..
