Problem/Motivation

7.x-2.0-beta1 causes my logs to fill up with errors like:

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in Drupal\geoip\GeoIpHandlerV2->regionName() (line 169 of sites/all/modules/contrib/geoip/src/GeoIpHandlerV2.php).

Commit 8a2ecd0 fixes this, but there is no corresponding patchfile that I could apply in order to stop this module filling my logs.

And, there's no 7.x-2.x-dev release that I can download either.

Proposed resolution

Release 7.x-2.0-beta2 at commit 8a2ecd0 or later.

Since the module seems to run fairly stable I just decided to create a first stable release.
