General improvements and tweaks to the Geofield Proximity functionalities:
- added dynamic (real time) sync between geofield proximity origin lat/lon elements and lat/lon summary elements (throughout proximity_origin_summary_update.js library);
- more extended class naming for 'proximity-origin-input' and 'proximity-origin-summary' geofield lat and lon elements;
