In countries such as Germany, ampersands (&) can exist in the thoroughfare (street) which Open Street Maps (Nomanatim) and Google cannot correctly geocode. They either end up with different results or fail entirely.

However, if the address is manually changed from the ampersand to "und" (German for "and"), it can geocode correctly. This sadly isn't a good workaround though, since these specific address are correct with the ampersand and not "und".
