It's defined in genesis_preprocess_node() so I'm not sure why the notice is popping up in my logs.

It's just a PHP notice error, but I don't like them in my logs.

Are you using PHP 5.3 by any chance?

Man, I am really behind with my issue queues...

Not yet - PHP 5.2.6-1+lenny10

I have this problem

"Notice: Undefined variable: datetime in include() (line 12 of /home/etc/etc/sites/all/themes/genesis/genesis/templates/aggregator-item.tpl.php)." popping up on the site...not just in logs, just upgraded to D7.10 from D6.22, and to php 5.3.8.

Problem disappeared when I visited and re-saved "Regional settings" (Settings for the site's default time zone and country.) and "Date and time" (Configure display formats for date and time), without making any changes.

Interesting. Thanks! I often find that I'm skipping the regional settings...
