User should be able to choose status for each piece of content

Problem/Motivation

As User of GatherContent module
I want be able to select status (published/unpublished) for each piece of content on the import screen
Because I don't want to publish all content on import.

Proposed resolution

Provide checkbox on import select content form and default value, which can be set in the module administration.

User interface changes

There will be new column on select content form.

Data model changes

We will provide new configuration value.
