#874322-66: To Date & All Day Date Handling

date_all_day_field() is the new function, in the new date_all_day module.
KarenS graciously kept date_field_all_day() around for now.

Once date-7.x-2.0 is release, fullcalendar will declare a dependency on that specific version, and attempt to enable date_all_day.

We don't have to commit this until Date releases a newer version, but it'd be nice to have someone look at it or try it out. Instead of RTBC, mark it postponed.

Tested this, also tested the log messages after commenting some code and disabling the date all day module.
