Example Installation
You can view the module installed on this support page. This is an example of the Freshdesk ticket form embedded onto a node display in Drupal. This was accomplished using the Token integration.

API Limitations
Freshdesk announced a new API in March of 2016. The new API imposes a limit of 5000 API calls per hour.
