Improve control over forms to affect

When enabled, forminspect will display form information arrays about all forms in the site, unless they have been explicitly excluded. This have many inconveniences: the formids to exclude must be known in advance, forminspect will impose an unnecessary extra load in every page with a form and the display of arrays associated to all forms in the site may interfere with the work of other developers, as well as ruining the layout of all pages with forms.
When I use forminspectI do it to gather information about specific forms, so I think that a change of paradigm is necessary here: instead of select the forms to exclude from the forminspect analysis, no form will be assigned by default and the forms to work on will have to be added explicitly. This has the inconvenience of not knowing in advanced the formids to analyze. In order to overcome that an easier method of form selection must be added to the module.
