Attempting to configure the site-wide contact form block produces a fatal error:

Fatal error: Declaration of Drupal\formblock\Plugin\Block\ContactFormBlock::access() must be compatible with that of Drupal\block\BlockPluginInterface::access() in /_drupal8/modules/contrib/formblock/lib/Drupal/formblock/Plugin/Block/ContactFormBlock.php on line 100

Thanks, I've already got a patch for this in the works that also removes calls to user_access at the same time.
