Is there a way to initiate a Forena SQL to update a field using a Rules module action in Drupal 7?
I currently use a menu link to connect to a Forena Report which then asks for 1 parameter. The report initiates the SQL which updates a field when submitted. There are no visual results required but the process does require manual action.

Manually, we would go to the Forena report, via a menu link, which would then ask for the parameter “node ID” then submit. The data SQL then ran successfully.
I want to remove the error-prone irregularities by automatically executing that report when a certain procedure has begun - Therefore not relying on human hands on.
Pardon me if I didn’t properly articulate my request. I am not a programmer. But thank you for replying.
