Incompatibility with CDN module

This module runs into an issue with the CDN module because of #1514182: IE @font-face CSS hack URL broken by CDN module's overridden CSS aggregation where they don't support query strings. In theory this should be fixed there, but it also seems that it would be *possible* to tell the import to strip the random number parts of query strings out of the import. (though that doesn't help with the ?#iefix sort of strings).

I haven't thought much about what it would mean to reduce the use of these tags so that may be a non-starter.
