In the playground, assistant messages were not being marked as completed after processing, which prevented the conversation from continuing properly.

Root Cause

The message lifecycle was not completing the final status transition for assistant-generated messages.

Ensured assistant messages are properly marked as completed so that the conversation can continue with subsequent user inputs.

Impact
