Where is this pesky Flexslider hiding? That is the question!

Recently I have began work on one of our Drupal sites, what would seem like a fairly straightforward task in switching a few images and changing some text in a Flexslider has turned into a search and rescue mission! Gone through all the online examples showing various locations and its simply not there!. If anyone within the Drupal community fancies sharing their thoughts I would be eternally grateful.

I've looked everywhere! Under 'Modules' I expected to see the plugin but no joy. Panels, Blocks, Pages etc also nothing.

Very new to Drupal so go easy.
