Release notes

The final release

This release removes the VariationCache dependency as it now uses the one from core. It also comes with an access policy converter so that a site can use both Flexible Permissions access policies and policies using the Access policy API from core. This means you can take your sweet time converting all of your policies and turn off Flexible Permissions when you are done converting.
