Don't use this release! Wait for -rc3 instead!
There is a problem with the database upgrade in #3200737.

This release fixes the following issues which are not in 4.0.0-rc1:

The following is updated. It require an update of the database to follow the new naming convention to avoid problems with long existing names during an upgrade from Drupal 7. The update will be done as a part of the installation of 4.0.0-rc2:
#3200737: make the related_flag id unique

The following is important to fully support Drupal 9. Unfortunately it was not identified by the Drupal 9 check tool, "Upgrade Status" that I am using:
