Problem/Motivation

Due to a core change the Flag module has implemented some changes to the code. The same interface update must be implemented in the Flag Lists module.

Steps to reproduce

When the Flag Lists module is activated, go to the Structure / Flag page. A crash will occur.

Proposed resolution

Implement the Interface changes in core in the Flag Lists module as well.

Remaining tasks

Other Interface changes might pop up as well.
