Make user-muting and node-hiding independent options. Improve help texts and README. Fix the <blank> option for removing all markup from empty blocks.
Added suppression of comments by users that are 'muted'.
First stab at "mute this user" flag. Does not support comments, just nodes.
Support node template suggestions and block template suggestions.
