What help text? Shown where?

I created a "Like store" flag.

In "Manage Fields", I added a "Visibility" field.

I have filled in the "Help text" of this field (Instructions to be presented to the user under this field, in the modification form.).

When a user flags a shop, the help text is not displayed under the field to be completed.

Weird, I'm pretty sure we're just using an entity edit form there.
