If i run drush config-set fixteaserlinks.settings fixteaserlinks_comment 1 the comment teaser link is still displayed on nodes, it works for the "read more" link but not the "Add new comment".

I am unable to reproduce this (i.e the command drush config-set fixteaserlinks.settings fixteaserlinks_comment 1 removes the add new comment link on my test site.)

Can this be a cache problem? Have you tried drush cache-rebuild before checking that the link has been removed from the teaser?

One month has passed without any feedback from reporter. Unable to reproduce. Closing.

Feel free to reopen if you can describe how to reproduce this after rebuilding the cache as described in #2.
