ajax loading effect in the way

hello friends,

the loading effect after we click in any star is messing with my client designated design, a gray bar push the stars down for a second, no text or image is shown, and then it is gone

I'm hunting for a long time how I could find out which element its appended there, probably from Drupal 7 Form API. Then I could use CSS to hidden it.
Or a way to use php to change the effect to none or something?

any idea would be greatly appreciated!
