Hello,
Today I went back to a site in development and found the following error messages:

Notice: Undefined index: allow_revote in fivestar_custom_widget() (line 448 of ...
Notice: Undefined index: allow_ownvote in fivestar_custom_widget() (line 449 of /...
Notice: Undefined index: description in fivestar_custom_widget() (line 454 of ...
Notice: Undefined index: microdata in fivestar_expand() (line 604 of ...

In researching the issue, I found the reference to a similar issue in an earlier dev version. If I apply this patch to the latest stable version, will it fix the problem? This site is about to go live, but can't with this error message.
Thanks in advance!

The same error when i try to render fivestar by custom code (when this widget was never been submitted for this node and record for field is empty in node object):

  $node = node_load($nid);

  $settings = array(
    'content_type' => 'order',
    'content_id' => $nid,
    'entity' => $node,
    'stars' => 10,
    'field_name' => 'field_final_rate_fs',
    'autosubmit' => TRUE,
    'allow_clear' => FALSE,
    'langcode' => 'und',
    'text' => 'none',
    'tag' => 'vote',
    'style' => 'average',
    'widget' => array( 'name' => 'oxygen', 'css' => drupal_get_path('module', 'fivestar') . '/widgets/oxygen/oxygen.css' )
   );
    $form = drupal_get_form('fivestar_custom_widget', $node->field_final_rate_fs['und'][0], $settings);
    $markup = render($form);

See Notices everywhere when using custom widgets. If you are using custom widgets, the latest dev version should fix the problem. If you're not using custom widgets, please describe exactly how you are using Fivestar - there are literally hundreds of ways in which Fivestar can interact with other modules, and I'll need some more clues.
