After drupal core update to 7.26 (with security fixes on taxonomies -> API changes) I get the error

You do not have permission to use the selected file.

on an autocomplete field on terms. But not with all files just some. Maybe the ones which are not allready used inside this vocabulary?

Workaround patch in this modules queue and another in core, I guess this is a double duplicate now, although the patch in the other thread would have been better served here. ;)
