Release notes

New beta stability release.
This release contains a dev version with the latest change since 2018. It has to be compatible with Drupal 8.7.0 and up to 8.8.3.
There are upcoming changes regarding Drupal 9 preparation, so 8.x-1.0-beta2 would be the last release before raising the minimum requirement to Drupal 8.8.0.
