WSOD when file field is a base field on an entity

Problem/Motivation

The module produces an error for entities which have a file field as a base field. An example of this would be Consumer entities from the Consumers module. Base fields cannot have third-party settings and therefore do not have a method called getThirdPartySettings().

Steps to reproduce

Install File Field Paths and Consumers. Attempt to create a new Consumer.
