I'm triying to add nid to my file name but none of the patterns below was helpful :
[nid] [node:nid] [entity:id]
The question is : how can I add an node ID to my pattern?

This module doesn't allow users to user Node's related token to build File fields' directory paths.
This seems to be a critical issue to me as it's the most common functionality required by users.

However, uninstalling and installing again (as far as I could remember) fixed the problem (!) and became a valid/working token. However, no node tokens is shown in the token browser.

To have the node tokens available in the token browser is a must, I say. Hope this can be arranged, along with a stable release in the future.
