Source translation lose all images

I'm using this module on a site with translatable content. I also run workbench moderation if this may be important to know.

I configured to save files in nodetype/nodeid folder.

1. We create the German node with some embedded images.
2. Than we translate to English. After the english node has been saved, the German node lost all images. They have been moved, not copied to the translated node id folder and therefore all references in the German node give 404 errors.

File path is content/[node:content-type]/[node:nid]. I also tried content/[node:content-type]/[node:source:nid], but this is empty when the source node is created.

How can I solve this issue?
