Hi, im working on #935208: PECL uploadprogress bar doesn't appear. and do test with nginx and found a bug. attached patch :)

I tried it and it broke my already broken progress bar.

Before the patch, I could see the amount uploaded and percentage, just not the actual 'bar'.

After the patch, nothing worked. Just said 'starting upload' the entire duration of the file upload.

hmm.. I can't remember how i tested it before..

the problem now is file_field_widget_form overrided the PATH.
