About new filecache update creating directories

i just update to knew beta 6 version of Filecache (WITH MY OLD CACHE'S COMMPLETLY DELETED) which is creating directories separatly.(Very Nice and thanks).

(I COMPLETLY manually DELETE My OLD CACHE DIRECTORY, drush rr, drush cc all cache)
However, it looks like some modules are still putting thir cache in the sites_default_cache directory while i can see that their directory has been correctly created and permission ok for writing.

For example i have the https://www.drupal.org/project/views_row_cache module whose cache directory sites_default_cache_views_row have been created while cache are still going to the default directory.

Is it necessary to add additional line too setting's php ?
