hi
This nice module is really an alternative to memcache module and has significantly speed up mu development process..
How ever i would like to know about integration/possible issue with cache expirations manager modules like :
https://www.drupal.org/project/expire
https://www.drupal.org/project/cache_flush
https://www.drupal.org/project/views_content_cache

Are cached paged deleted and recreated ?

Also is it recommended to use this module together with other caching system like
https://www.drupal.org/project/panels_hash_cache

I use Cache flush and Views content cache with Filecache and the three modules work nicely together.

As for Expire and Panels hash cache, I don't know.
