Problem/Motivation

In the current 8.x-1.x branch links to file downloads are no longer rendered. This was discovered during testing of #2845276: File description is not picked up by the link text.

Proposed resolution

Let's prevent regressions in functionality by added an automated test that checks if the module is still working correctly when adding new patches.
