editing entityforms doesn't save changes in multipage group

I'm using a multipage group to organize an entityform. Filling out the form works perfectly but if I edit the original form data after it has been submitted it won't save changes across the multipage group. Only fields displayed on the current multipage will save if I hit "save changes". I can edit a field, click next page and go back to see the field still contains my edit, but it won't save unless I click save changes on that page.

Any ideas?
