Problem/Motivation
Add group button is not available at manage form display without cache clear.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Go to the admin/modules
2) Enable the module
3) Uninstall the module
3) Enable the module again and go to Manage form display page, the Add group button will not be there but it should be there.
Quick fix:
1) Clear the cache.
