I'd like to maintain FFPC, basically so we can progress this issue: #1124742: FFPC Port to Drupal 7 in which I've done a lot of the work of porting it to D7.

The code for Drupal 7 was in the 7.x-1.x branch for some time (since Feb) but it wasn't shared on the project page. I just updated the project page.

I don't actually have permission to bump anyone to be a co-maintainer. I'm going to look into this access but development has not halted. I'll comment over on the other issue for the details there.
