Fetcher delete command implies that it could delete a production site.

When running
drush fetcher-delete [sitename]
or
drush fed [sitename]
fetcher asks which environment to delete:

Are you sure you want to delete [sitename]? (y/n): y
Please select an environment (prod,dev). [prod]:

While fetcher will not actually delete the remote site, this is misleading and alarming to the average user.
